These short animation files are from the online Monopoly game that I worked on in the mid-90s for Westwood Studios here in
Las Vegas. The man popping up from the game board is "Rich Uncle Penny-Bags".

We needed a "Win" and a "Lose" sequence. I took a fireworks animation from a library and ran it on a panel in the background while we rendered the figure popping up and waving his arms.

It was a little challenging getting him to appear to maintain a certain thickness and AND look rubbery as he moved. That was the "Win" pictured here. In the "Lose" he looked all droopy and pulled his pockets inside out. We also had an animated scene of each of the Monopoly properties. The "smoke" scene is of the cheapest property, Baltic, I think.
